The Life of Pi and The Old Man in the Sea, OR
I, Robot by Asimov and The Illustrated Man by Bradbury

Any suggestions or comments?

basically, yeah. He's got his own style and actually is unique, but that doesn't make it good. He posts here (virulently) and that's the only reason it comes up so often.
