I read like 90% fiction. Non-fiction, I mostly read reference books, field guides, and curricula, or poetry.

Fiction is just a nice way to enjoy some escapism on time off. Reading for a purpose other than pleasure is usually a waste of energy, and not productive or useful at all. After a hard day's work, sometimes even genre fiction feels pointlessly cerebral.
