Who are 21st century artists that will be remembered in 22nd century and afterwards?

>> No.19113352

Are we perhaps witnessing the death of "The Great Artist" idea? I was thinking it will be more intriguing for people 300 years from now to watch present day youtube videos than bow down to some great individual figure. Will even cultural trends still exist? Or perhaps society will continually culturally disintegrate into an ever smaller mosiac so that every individual is his own trend while technology floods us with so many options and at such pace that no singular dominant current can be discerned.

Probably a lot of film people (Scorsese, Kurosawa, and Kon). Schnackenberg has a 100 year life but not 500.

Yeah Malick will probably be a Tolstoy type figure who made a ton of things but only two masterpieces are remembered.

This.
He will be known as the chronicler of our era. A few centuries from now, people will call the 1968-20xx period the Houellebecqian era.

We're not witnessing the end of the idea of a "Great Artist". We are, however, witnessing the end of people who deserve to be labelled as such.

Sadly she does not look as great in other photos. But yes, this particular photo is the highest point of female aesthetics I have ever seen. Legitimately what you'd expect a Greek goddess or a female angel (or demon?) to look like.

For some reason i get really pissed off when i see an attractive woman. Makes me want to slash em up. It's the worst exactly after i cum (both when jacking off and having sex with a girl). I get this moment of clarity where i just have nothing but contempt for women who are extremely good looking.
Any psychologists here who can explain this?

All white people will have been cancelled by then, and all their outputs will be attributed to blacks or other oppressed groups.

No, pathologically pushing power to the margin is only a phase.
If there's few whites in 80 years, then this will be the case even moreso.
