The entire point with your personality is that it is supposed to be fluid. You should be able to adapt depending on the situation, not be stuck in some box created by someone else. Instead of coping by saying I am judging vs. perceiving, try to realize that sometimes being orderly is nice and sometimes being spontaneous and free is nice.
