Hello, /lit/, I've been interested in chemistry since I was a very young girl. I specifically made a reddit account just to ask r/chemistry for book recommendations on intermediate chemistry. This is the only other place I often go to that would know anything about books. Do you have any recommendations of books for someone with the chemistry experience of a single highschool class and no intentions of going to a university?

Organic Chemistry by Jonathan Clayden, Nick Greeves, and Stuart Warren is excellent

Are there even competent gals in this field? Mention a least a handful without resorting to the one; you know the one.

Don't worry, I'm not competent in anything and I don't plan to enter any form of field, I just study things for fun and this is one of the things.
