I hate YouTubers.
With that being said, Samuel Andreyev has a good channel (but he's a composer, not a YouTuber), and Luke Smith's channel is very good if you want to learn how to free yourself from the mainstream internet.
I watched some of Keith Woods's videos. A few of them were good, others not so much. It's decent content, better than any newspaper column, but I don't see why you wouldn't prefer to read a book instead. If he were to write a book, I'd probably read it.
The only truly good YouTube stuff is reserved to music, painting, etc. because the video can give you tools (such as the music itself) which aren't available in the book (unless you can read sheet music).

Leaf by leaf does great reviews and analysis (probably one of the smarter booktubers).
