I read it a few years ago when it came out in Sweden and everyone were going crazy over it. Basically, it is complete psuedoscience with practically zero academic support. Instead, it relies on a lot of anecdotal stories that are often very relatable and the reason why people went “omg so true!!” when it came out. I still enjoyed reading it though.
