In yoga, meditation is actually the 7th step of 8 steps. Most people can't even get past the first 2 rungs of yoga, let alone reach the stage of meditation, yet every retard talks about how they "meditated" for 5 minutes this morning. For real understanding of meditation, read Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. You won't understand it at all, so also read either Raja Yoga by Swami Vivekananda, or 8 Lectures on Yoga by Aleister Crowley.
