Well you read a couple of female writer and didn't like them which is fine but making the judgement women can't write is stupid. Try A Room of One's Own by Woolf or The Heart is a Lonely Hunter by McCullers and don't be obtuse about it and read 20 pages and say its boring, read it properly and give it a chance.
