Lately I do now know what the fuck has been happening. I started reading two months ago exactly and have read quite a lot,Im on my 7th book which is kinda big as most of my books have been.

After reading a little before going to sleep I have realized that it is a bit more difficult to sleep and the worst part is that I dream(?) about reading the book or straight up imagining what's gonna happen next.I do not remember anything of what I dream or imagine when Im waking up in the middle of the night but it happens and I realize it when I wake up.

It's really not good,it is like a torture. It feels like as I close my eyes and sleep Im holding the book and reading without paying any attention to the words on the book and the plot just goes on in my head. The plot in my dreams might even be completely irrelevant to the one Im reading right now.I cannot remember what the plot is in my dreams.

Anyways just typed this to see if anyone has experienced something like this.

OP the problem is you're reading books you enjoy and are excited about. You need to be reading Hegel and Kant for the express purpose of impressing people on this board. I guarantee you will fall asleep easier and dream better.
