Not that anon, but this is my view on treating gender dysphoria. I think it is a veritable medical disorder, and the WHO are absolute devils for un-classifying it as such. I think that our current forms of psychotherapy and medications are not good enough to treat it, and if hormone replacement and sex change are the only way to make sure the patient isn't sent into a spiral of insanity and take their own lives, then so be it, we'll have to make do until our forms of therapy improve.
