I know this is really specific but Is there any good writing on the ethics of the cooperation with past evil, such as the use of cell-lines derived from aborted fetuses for vaccines?

Whats the difference between this and searching for justifications for the continuation into research for past evils? Who even are these bio-ethicists? Why do they get to determine what is morally acceptable? Who is funding their research? How many funders have ties to eugenic societies? What's really going on in this field? Why was discussion on cloning silenced back in early 2000s? Are we to believe that cloning research stopped altogether? Very unlikely. What's really going on in this field?

Here's one article: https://www.firstthings.com/web-exclusives/2020/12/the-covid-vaccine-and-the-pro-life-movement

There's probably more, particularly articles written by Catholic bioethicists, but Google will probably make that hard to find.

Publications that would have articles discussing these issues include: National Review, First Things, National Catholic Register, and Human Life Review.

I've read a couple nice articles about Pernkopf Atlas, an anatomy book that is considered a fucking masterpiece, which used the bodies of people killed by nazis as models
Even jewish doctors use it, because it is simply unsurpassed to this day

Moral questions are not limited to some far-away wars and hyped scientific frontier. Is it all right to fantasize about super cool futuristic possibilities using devices made by hands of nameless Asians whose life is hardly any cool?

I guess it relates to the story of the little boy who has to be subjected to misery for the betterment of a whole society. I can't remember the name, it's pretty well known.

It's a similar sort of situation - would you be happy if it was the result of even one person or animal's suffering, or would you rather suffer yourself?

For funny stories related to it, there's stuff like this: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/oprah-foreskin-protests-cream_n_3068851 (I know it's huffpo)

If you want books on the subject, maybe write one.
