Nanak wasn't on the quest for finding a new religion but power hungry religious leaders fuck up basic teaching and make a huge circlejerk to lure retards in.

I don't think you can categorize any of the Sikh Gurus as power-hungry. The first 4, 7th, and 8th avoided politics entirely, the 5th, 6th and 9th didn't attempt to enter politics but it was forced on them, and the 10th created the Sikh political institutions to galvanize the Sikhs against Mughal suppression.

Modern Sikh organizations? I can agree with you there in many cases.

Hinduism is all about doing good deeds to elevate your life, and so in your next life you end up higher on the hierarchy.

Buddhism is all about breaking out of the wheel of reincarnation. It is obviously the one more /lit/, as Buddhism is escapism whereas Hinduism is acceptance.

My point is the basic teaching of a Saint get corrupted when after Saint's death some people decide to turn it into a whole new institution of orders, a priestly authority, rituals and stuff. And they keep adding and adding. And thus moving further always from the simple message. The orders subverts those teachings into mainly identity issues.

Have you read anything on either of these religions or is this just your gloss of wikipedia talking?

It's all the funnier since he describes Hinduism as moralistic social climbing with its reward in the next life and concludes that this is "acceptance" and not "escapism." What acceptance is there in wanting to escape into a higher rank than you are?
