"I imagine that you have already learned, through the newspapers or the radio, the painful news of the death of René Guénon, which occurred on the night of January 7 to 8. I received your letter on January 8 along with the news of his agony. The next day I learned that he had passed away. He had been in pain for several months and had ceased all his correspondence towards the end of November. He suffered from edema in one leg, caused by rheumatism. In December the danger seemed completely over, but the poisoning of his blood caused an abscess in his throat and it seems that this hastened his end, if it was not the cause. There were times during his last months when, as I told you, it was clear that I was bothering him and tiring him; his resistance had greatly diminished. But he was lucid until his last moments. Here are some very touching details: During his last days, it seems that he knew he was going to die, and on the afternoon of January 7 he performed a very intense dhikr, supported on each side by his wife and a member of his family. The women were tired and exhausted before him. They say that that day his sweat smelled like the scent of flowers. Finally, he urged them for permission to die, which shows that he could choose the time of his death. The women begged him to stay alive longer. Finally, he asked his wife, "Can't I die now? I have suffered so much!" She answered him nodding:"With the protection of God!" He died then almost immediately, after he made one or two more invocations! A few more details: his cat, who appeared to be in perfect health, started to moan and died a few hours later. On the day of his death, René Guénon had puzzled his wife by telling her that after his death she had to leave his room unchanged. No one should touch his books or his papers. He pointed out that otherwise he wouldn't be able to see her and their children, but in that undisturbed room he would remain seated at his desk and he could continue to see them, even if they couldn't see him!" - Michel Vâlsan, letter to Vasile Lovinescu, June 18, 1951.

Is it true that Ivan Agueli, Guenon's initiator and master into Sufism was actually a retard and didn't know anything about Sufism and was a drunkard?

Why do Hindus think advaita is crypto-buddhism? Haven't they read the ramblings of some dude on 4chan?

Why do Guenonians tell lies about Rene Guenon like how he supposedly knew classical Arabic even though there's 0 evidence of that and Guenon barely ever engaged with Arabic texts, let alone the Quran?

Is there any reason why guenonfag shills advaita 24/7 apart from him trying to convince himself that his worldview is correct?
