I once read an archive of a series of incredibly detailed anonymous posts where the guy recounted his incestuous relationship with his ugly younger sister. How he first recognized his attraction for her when he was 10 and how it developed on further even past their adulthood and etc. High point of the story was where he was eventually found out and after a serious talk with his mother, she reluctantly started to give him handjobs while she threatened suicide if he ever thought about taking things any further. Maybe it was fiction but it was hyperrealistic, to the point of sounding believable.
