Bros... I've never had problems with the "normal" addictions. I was never interested in drinking or smoking even though my friends did it and tried to get me into it, I did try them but it never really developed into anything.
But I want to reduce the amount of watching porn and masturbation I do, I've been doing it once daily for as long as I can remember, it used to be something I did in 15 min and could move on with my day after so it was never really a problem, but now I'm doing it 2 times a day and spend like 1-3 hours on it.
