His self help advice is probably better available elsewhere.

His whole appeal was that he was supposed to bridge traditional Christianity, modern political and social dissidence, psychoanalysis, and evo-psych into a whole that offered the real truth that society wasn't giving you, with historical and scientific substantiation. However he only ever gave a halfway version of this.
