Which books will blackpill me on how the economy is ultimately doomed to fail and poverty will never be resolved without the downfall of Earth's resources?

Why do you need a book? Interest exists. Privileged elite borrow 10x their actual wealth from banks as loans with interest due. Gamble this money in a system that requires higher than bank loan interest growth rates. If they lose, bill the tax payers for the amount lost. If they win increase capital and borrow even more from the banks at 10x leverage. Poofing all this loaned money into existence drives inflation. Everyone gradually drowns from the rising tide except the elites protected by their 10x influence.

All you need to know is that the economy is structured to reward short term fluctuations over long term profitability. Mittens did not become a turbo Mormon by building any businesses of value, he destroyed them for extreme profit.
