I'd say yes. The novels aren't very long (for sff anyway) and there's only two of them. I hear the audio book is done very well. I enjoyed the novels myself, although Muir definitely veers off into cringe occasionally, but overall the world-building is good and she has some pretty fun (and body-horrory) ideas in there. I'm a huge sucker for the Gormenghast meets crypt saints aesthetic though so I'm fully biased.
