Mine wasn't like that, idk I just went down a very intense questioning of everything like who I am, what I believe, what reality is, thought way too intensely about death and how I'm just a pattern of chemically reacting particles. Its like those panic attacks you get when you think about death too much except mine lasted for like an hour and an empty feeling followed me no matter what for a few months after. Part of what got me out of it is that my questioning had led me to believe consciousness was fake and eventually I realized it couldnt be and then I found number of other errors i'd made in this nihilistic panic. Anyway after a while the feeling faded from memory.
