As Aristotle explains in De Generatione Animalium (book 2, chapter 3), a woman is simply a misbegotten man. The complete example of a given animal is male, with the female existing as an incomplete variation. Aquinas expands on this in Summa Theologica (first part, question 92), observing that natural law requires both a male (active, complete) and female (passive, incomplete) for reproduction to occur. Hermaphroditic species must carry both in one, burdening them with the female part of the reproductive process. One might be tempted to think this reasoning is born out of a primitive understanding of biology. Even psychometrically women are much more likely to possess traits such as neuroticism and agreeableness, which make them better at keeping small children out of danger, but worse at everything else.

What can be readily observed is that the female reproductive apparatus (and all associated traits) mostly affects women physical abilities. If there is something that is 'manly' as opposed to 'womanly' it is pure feats of strength, not capacity for abstraction.
Lastly, your point about agreeableness being useful only for childrearing borders on self-contradictory. Agreeableness is obviously useful in obtaining, maintaining and securing profitable social relations, it is in particular an advantage in diplomacy and negotiations in general.

If the effect of childbearing on women is merely a statistical observation and not a formal (much less so demonstrable) one -remember there is nothing close to a demonstration or example in your above post- then it's dubious it can be used to make conclusions about the form of man or woman.
