No matter how many books I read, they keep coming, like this one from a wyatt a man meme of all things today. I'd say I have a larger vocabulary than most, but there seem to always be new ones I haven't seen. How do you guys do it? Vocab lists? Reading the dictionary, or a thesaurus?

When I come across a word I don't know I'll look it up in the dictionaries. Then I'll try to use that word, either in speaking or writing.

Read different authors with differing styles from different epochs.

The Wikimedia Project is the best thing the Internet ever created, on a level with this throatsinging imageboard. Can't tell you how many times I've referred to Wiktionary now, much more helpful than most dictionaries because I'm a fag for etymology and stuffing my head with other words and structures from foreign languages, which probably doesn't help my English lexicon

I'll look into that. Funny how the styles change
