I do remember reading some comment about physical attractiveness in The Will to Power, trans. by Kaufmann, but I haven't read anything by Nietzsche in terms of ugliness. I have all his main works in my room right now so I'd love to actually look this up.

I think that, due to being ugly, ugly people have to be more clever and cunning in order to get by comfortably in society, so most dialectical thought, cruder memes, and other horseshit like that come from them. Nah, that's just society memeing to make that person feel better, similar to "yaaag gurl" moments.

But we also have to differenciate between phenotypic uggos and just fat or post partum disfigured people. Fat people usually have other downsides and depending on their size might have mental bagage - but that's not really what we mean when we speak about uggos (which would be for example an non symmetric face, crooked nose, since birth etc).
