If they're not, then there must be some kind of a hierarchical relation between them. How do you abolish rape? I know exatcly how you can abolish capital relations all you need to do is say "this factory is now mine". It is the result of simple not respecting an established convention. You can abolsh marriage which is simply not respecting it as existing. What you can't do is abolish rape. The implicit assumption is that if you abolish the state that would not also abolish rape. The state protects people from rape. Without the state you would need some other structure in place to protect people from rape. All this is fine if you want, but I would say that this means that while you can be an anarchist AND a feminist, you can also be a statist and a feminist so the idea that there is no anarchism without feminism is requiring them to be inseparable falls flat on its face because there obviously can be feminism without anarchism.
