This is a mint condition signed copy of Masquerade of Angels. The author is dead. Her husband is dead. She is considered to be of one the "silenced people" because she dared study UFO abductions and there is clear documented evidence that her and her husband were intimidated by the US government. The co-author was a renounced psychic and hypnotist who went missing approximately 3 months after the death of the author.

It is currently valued at over 5000 USD however at an auction I believe it could fetch over 20000 USD because it is one of only two signed copies I have ever found in existence.

I read a decent chunk of Karl Turner's Into the Fringe. Not saying she or any of her acquaintances were lying or schizo or anything but it gets really wild and somewhat hard to believe when according to her story she and other family and friends ended up getting abducted or otherwise having aliens fuck with them on an almost daily basis.

UFO is just code for military incompetence and jewish lies. Military isn’t supposed to complain to the civilians about how incompetent they are at engaging and compromising UFOs, but The civilians don’t squeeze the military hard enough, so the military just takes taxpayer money and tells tall tales. The orbital mind control lasers, on the other hand, are absolutely real.

Edmund Husserl.
I don't know why but I can't find it anymore, swear I just saw it a moment ago. But now this is even more interesting, I hadn't realized...

Philosophie comme science rigoureuse [nouvelle édition] 1-Feb-2003
by Edmund Husserl , Marc B. de Launay
Paperback
> CDN$ 222.59
This is a 96 pages introductory book. I'm pretty sure I got it under 10$. Why the fuck would it be this expensive?

No, but given that only me and Frater ever shill Husserl here, and I'm not a tripfag, I get this question asked nearly every time.
Ain't like I turned my studies of Husserl into something profitable, however...

I'm a cheapfag, the most expensive non-technical book I ever bought was like 20 bucks. I'm currently trying to acquire a copy of most the important Ancient Greek works while paying less than 100 euros in total.

My father does have some nice books though (1830 edition of Rousseau's Confessions, 1919 edition of Flowers of Evil, etc., though he probably bought them used).

It's not more expensive. It's worth the same if not less. It's "expensiveness" is manufactured because pseuds like you think it's worth more despite being the same as every other copy of the book.
