Never read the bible integrally. Just a chapter here and there. What are the best books? Should I start from the beginning?

I heard Job was great. I’m thinking I should read Genesis just to get the hang of it all and set the mood or whatever. Then maybe Exodus to keep going and then jump straight to Job. Then finish the old testament on that cause I can’t be bothered with all those ugly jewish names. Then move on to the Gospels and thats it. Shouldnt take too long

Your plan sounds good desu, but don’t forget Leviticus and Revelations.

Don’t get out off with the genealogy of Abraham, the names don’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
