His prose is pretty good, even if he (purpousefully?) decided to not edit it or even fix spelling errors. He clearly identifies the correct foundations of many modern day problems but his take aways on what to do are fucking stupid.
He wants people to basically become pmc pirates (real pirates) and go on homoerotic adventures. He has absolutely no say for how this would work in the modern world besides a vague reference to the Rhodesian Bush war that had no connection and absolutely no real ideas about what could actually be done internally in western democracies.
