Well it's no different than other kinds of class hatred, given that women were more or less only allowed to be housewives, secretaries or socialites(e.g legal prostitutes for the bourgeoisie), then it's hard to have a positive opinion of them, since that's all they do.

Western society crossed the finish line alone, and all of the science and engineering began making life easier for everyone, men and women.
As western culture peeled away from the old world, it could be seen clearly that western man alone achieved the unique greatness of Western society, and that European women played the exact same domestic role women played everywhere.

To say women didn't contribute to the development of renaissance art and music, science, engineering, construction, philosophy etc, is a simple observation.
To say that western women became uniquely spoiled and conceited due to the ease of the city life around them is also a simple observation.
Now that all domestic chores are made easier with vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, baby bottle sterilisers, etc etc, feminist influenced women have begun screaming and crying about how oppressed they are, how hard their lives are, how a traditional motherhood role is like slavery, how traditionally minded men want them barefoot and pregnant chained by the ankle to the sink. The reality of modern Western life is such a far cry from their victim fantasies, and has been for a long time. In reality, western women have had the easiest lives of any group of people to ever walk the face of the earth, having never faced the same level of responsibility as the male counterpart. Nor have they ever earned the credit to lay claim to the brilliance of Western Europe's last 500 years. They have never been oppressed, they were not held back from contributing.

The claims of the so called misogynist philosophers have remained accurate hundreds, even thousands of years after they made them.
