I started weak as fuck, most of climbing is about body positioning, when you really think about it you’re pushing up with your feet rather than pulling up with your arms if you’re doing it right. I can’t recommend it enough dude, I’m one of the least athletic people I know, and I really latched on to it . Find a gym in your area, try it out for a month I’m sure you’ll meet some cool people, maybe go on a trip.
