About what? The book covers various topics, kind of a collection. His world government idea seems untenable. Now that the cat is out of the bag, how can societies not be expected to try and out-maneuver one another by coming up with better technologies and more advanced modes of consumerism? His world-system might approximate what would happen AFTER a collapse, assuming it was not total and enough capacity remained for some kind of technological society to be rebuilt along much more controlled lines having experienced the utter devastation of a near collapse, but to get there willingly? It is doubtful.
