That's essentially what socialism always boils down to, micromanaging every aspect of human behavior in order to control the economy. Because that's what the economy is: the emergent phenomena of human decision making on a societal scale. You'd have better luck looking towards capitalism reformation, rather than abolition of private property and economic control.
