You need to know what Kant wants and what he's talking about before you can begin understand him. Once you know what Reason is and Idealism, and about Hume and the Schulphilosophie, it's pretty clear and easy, and you only need to deal with Kants language -- to which you'd probably get used to after a few dozen pages.
