Is it worth reading into Marco Polo, his writting or. others? Or should i simply just. watch the netflix show like every other idiot out there?

Marco Polo's adventures are fun. Bergreen's From Venice to Xanadu is good. He makes clear the historical sources and exposes some of Marco's tendency to exagerate. I especially liked the part where he told stories of asian coomers in china and central asia.
