Books in favor of monarchy, books lauding histories great monarchs, etc

"Empire of the Tsar" is about a gay frenchman who goes to Russia thinking he approves of autocracy, but leaving with a bit of a different idea. He constantly makes really ethnocentric observations, complains about everything, and talks about carriages all the time. It's lengthy, but a good primary source from an aristocrat, if you like history and all that. Kinda like Democracy in America, but Russian.

And i'm sure of that too, but he asked for monarchist books, and that's one of the favourites of that little guy in OP's picture.
