You guys are way off track. There was a discord channel being advertised on here around a week ago. I joined it and Gardner's in there. I didn't believe it was him at first, but eventually he posted some proof (timestamped photos of his book covers and manuscripts.)
He doesn't even know he's a meme. In fact I think he might be concerned about it. He didn't strike me as someone who even knows what a VPN is.
