Is there a place online where I can read Shakespeare plays that also have a modern translation next to the text?

The only websites I can find require payment.

Just get an annotated edition, anon. There is an Oxford Shakespeare or something on libgen, use that one. It is great, I'm an ESL and I can read it.

This, and watch a performance of the plays too. If you're struggling with the language, watching good actors convey the gist of what is said through tone of voice and body language is very helpful. His work was meant to appeal to everyone, even the groundling plebs who would've struggled with the fancy language as much as your average high schooler would today

The No Fear Shakespeare books are exactly what you're looking for. Some are on b-ok, not sure if all of them are.

Macbeth: https://b-ok.org/book/5902544/e49d94

Hamlet: https://b-ok.org/book/11290194/156f3a

Thanks. I tried to read >>17349619 but I still found it difficult to comprehend the text.

No Fear Shakespeare looks a lot more like the kind of thing I'm looking for.

It has the original verse on the left, and it written in plain-english on the right.

Not sure if the website has all of them.

Could try this for a rough translation:
https://www.shmoop.com/titus-andronicus-shakespeare/act-1-scene-1-translation.html

Or you could check out "Titus Andronicus In Plain and Simple English (A Modern Translation and the Original Version) (Classics Retold Book 27)" by Bookcaps on Amazon for a more thorough translation.
