Almost every day, my sleep schedule is goddamned terrible. I manage to cruise through the work day without much trouble, but whenever I go back over my notes, I find that a majority of them are borderline incomprehensible.

Yes. I take a breath and try to write slowly and calmly until my ability returns to normal. I have to say that this works in almost --if not-- all arts.

Even just reading my own posts feels like an unintelligible mess.
