What book or author should I read to gain willpower? I don't care about anything and I'm unable to do things I would like to do, I just slide on the floor and get on with the shitty routine of my life and it's killing me.

Pic related: I want power of will starting from 0, not coping with life like stoicshit

It’s a self fulfilling thing. Have the ability within, the potential for much is there.
Authors can point to the way, but it’s mostly just a pep talk.
Nietzsche, Stirner, Joseph Campbell, David Graeber, etc.

So what if I was born without it? Why do I feel bad about it then? I want to improve my life but I feel like I can't.

Also, I read a bit of Nietzsche but it felt like he never argued his sentences

F. Gardner. I recommend “Call of the Arcade.”

You’ve probably built up a chemical in your head
Here. Do the opposite of all this.

Eat right, sleep right, exercise, stop telling yourself it’s something you were born with.
Yeah Nietzsche is a bit advanced for some people I guess.
For you, Epicurus

Plan your day. Don't just get out of bed and begin your routine of time wasting compulsive habits. Get out of bed, get your coffee, sit down and write what you want to get done that day. You'd be amazed how much this can change your life.

I've been reading Seneca's epistulae morales and it is some of the best material of that sort I've come across. He is very methodical and thorough, I usually just read 2 letters each night before going to sleep, it's almost meditative. A lot of it might seem obvious or naive, but it kind of grounds you, brings you back to a more reasonable mindset from which you can then approach things. The constant emphasis on being aware of the present is particularly good at bringing about a kind of lucid state of mind, and he also points out that it is only by effort in and attention to the present that any long term growth occurs.
