Surely you can see that a lot of the right are radicalizing because they are watching media and politicians allow the left to radicalize with no consequences, right? Just as a for instance, Trump et al were painted to be the bad guys while BLM riots literally burned cities down and destroyed a church across the street from the white house and yet when the other side is allowed into congress by police, walks around and takes selfies, it's a "siege" and "insurrection". The double standards are what is radicalizing people, in my opinion.

there is another fact and that is that these people are not really right wing if socialism was not hijacked these people would likely become ones the average honest leftist who do not buy the woke crap has more common with them that your average republican or democrat

This is a fair outlook. Considering how corporations have towed their line -- not as a political meter, but economic, of course -- and thus, consumer culture aligns with them, their politics have become largely a sign. That's not to exclude fanatics on the opposite from such, but considering that neoliberalism is in vogue, and has been for some time, it's clear who has more say in the system.

Though, let's be fair: neither side could handle the dismantling of the consumer society because they'd have nothing: their personality would go with it. So, it's in both their best interests to keep the system -- regardless to what crazy ends it extends.

Sweaty, just be on the right side of history and nothing will happen to you!
