Afaik there is nothing better than Victor Farías' work. It was written originally in French (Heidegger et le nazisme), but the Spanish translation was rectified and extended by himself and includes a prologue where he addresses the contreversy.

There is a German translation too so I'm sure there must be an English translation as well.
