I'm torn between the Knickerbocker one and the B&N book, but I can't find the B&N version on their site, so I assume it's no longer available, I'll see if I can't find it but I'm not too upset if I can't.

I found it and I think I'll get this version as I quite liked S.T. Joshi's intro on the Shadow Over Innsmouth standalone I have.

While nearly all the "complete collections" will feature all his major stories, they won't feature all his collaborations or ghost written work. For those you'll have to get a couple more smaller books.
