ignoring the fact that that's obviously not what i meant by "easy", there are precisely zero suicide methods that technically kill you in 2 seconds. even a shotgun to the head technically takes 1.7 minutes for your heart to stop pumping (http://lostallhope.com/suicide-methods/statistics-most-lethal-methods).). one of the best ways without access to a shotgun or explosives might be a tall building if i can find one that would let me on the rooftop, but if i dont choose one big enough i would end up like that old man in Midsommar dying slowly in agony begging for somebody to hit me in the head with a hammer. but again, very obviously not what i meant by easy so i dont get the point of your post
