Is it worth learning Coptic just to spend time with an adorable professor? Contex: currently in a class taught by a really cute Egyptian woman, and she's teaching a course on the Coptic language next year. I have no particular interest in Coptic (learning any language is obviously cool and useful, but I have no special desire to learn this one instead of improving my Greek or learning Latin), but I'd love to spend an hour a day in another class with her. She likes me a lot too. Please advise: is there any good Coptic lit/theology?

Those late early 30s cute profs in some ancient language are incredibly adorable eventhough you can clearly see that in few years the wall will have fully dealt with them too.
