I hand copy books from the library because my friend got busted for pirating and went to state penitentiary for a year. I'm barred from taking books out of the library so I bring a pad of paper and spend a Saturday copying out as much as I can

You should get a good e reader anon. I got myself a Kobo Forma. Since I tend to read a lot and I'm a uni student, I don't get to spend a lot of money on physical books anymore, so I just pirate them from libgen and read them. E-ink technology makes it easy on the eyes and it's great. If I really like the book I'm reading then I get a pretty physical copy, but if not, then I didn't waste any money.
