I literally borrow books from very weighty publishers like Dalkey Archive, NYRB, etc.
I don't even read them. I merely take them back to my apartment, take a picture of them with my pro camera, add some nice houseplants in the mix, light it properly, find a goodreads quote, and post that photo on my IG. Keep in mind that I don't read any of them, merely give them the illusion I have. Most of my large, room-spanning bookshelf is 90% unread.
I make a decent amount of money from this. I trick lonely English major chicks. I've gotten tons of nudes from this. I know IG is an intellectual dumpster fire where people only project their most ideal selves, and more-often-than-not, these ideals are complete fantasies.
