Gen Z is the most retarded generation in a long time, but the next ones will turn the ship around because they'll need to.

The zoomers that you see on tik tok and social media are a minority and are not representative of the entire generation. Same goes for millennials and boomers and every generation ever.

Literature has already been abandoned by the great majority of zoomers. The new chief medium of expression is film/vlogging. But like some other anon said in another thread, it doesn’t take a great deal of thought and creativity to make a ten minute, semi-successful video essay. And it’s much easier to make money through that method than jumping through hoops like a circus dog trying to get your book published.
