Just like fascism was sort of integrated in the 20th century, see all the aristocrats and capitalists backing Mussolini and Hitler, not really in the "Capitalism in retreat" way that Marxists say though, as the more radical wings got purged, so it's not fascism that is inherently to defend capitalism. I think at this point it couldn't be assimilated though without radical changes to society since it's so antithetical to the now triumphant liberal ideology. So it's still much more revolutionary than any socialists, which is why they get targeted by the thought police so much.
