I read in three stages: I read the beginning of the book in digital, if its something I like and I think I'll finish it, I buy a cheap crappy paperback. When I finish the paperback, If I liked the book and I think I'll want to read it again (or If I want to have it on-hand for reference or something), then I sell the crappy paperback for a couple bucks to my local thriftstore and buy a nicer (preferably hardcover) edition that goes on my shelf.

paperwhite, but not the newest one. upgraded on prime day after using a gen 5 kindle for years. Backlight is a definite plus, and so is the thousands of dollars I've saved just ripping books from libgen.

I kind of alternate between my paperwhite and my paperbacks. I usually try out authors on my e-reader and when I get really into them I often buy some physical copies as well. There's always something to be said for physical books. Reading is about the whole experience, the book cover, the smell, the way the book feels in your hands, the ink ; when I'm away, that's what I think about. It's kind of like sex, there's so much more to it than just benis in vagina haha.

I also use a Kindle. Since English isn't my first language I usually rely on the dictionary or traductor built in. Also, I don't like having a lot of things just hanging around in my room, having everything I need in a single device is just way to convenient for me to go back to physical books.

Nice and light. The only thing is that I wish ebooks would have page turn pads on the center of the back. I like to read with one hand while holding my blanket in the other

What's the point of the question? You don't have to choose between one or the other. Some books might be hard to find in print.

Kindle Paperwhite because:
>Books cost money I don't have and I can pirate almost anything I want
>Book take up space I don't have
>I can carry it anywhere with ease

Eventually I'll buy physical copies of books I've enjoyed for a shelf once I have the space.

Another Paperwhitefag here, it's very nice. I've had mine for a few years and the battery has definitely gotten worse, but it still holds a long enough charge for at home use
I still like reading physical books every now and then though, there's a certain appeal I can't quite describe.
