This book is pretty bad honestly, some stuff is ok but a lot is reddit tier. It's a reddit redpill book so take that for what it is. Off the top of my head I do take use it's advice on a few techniques. Flipping my girls around any way I please, giving commands / telling my girl what to do, switching between loving and filthy talk. A good quick tip is to speak loudly during sex don't hold back your voice. Another tip is to practice some lines before sexy time. I find myself saying the same lines. Brainstorm and write down some good lines before hand. Also don't fall into the same order of positions during sex. Change it up even if it's small changes in position or the order.
