I think in the 60s and early 70s cp was semi legal in many european countries, there were several printed magazines published, you can still find those in swedish libraries (and probably in libraries in other scandinavian countries) but they won't let you look at them unless you "give them good/valid reason", like if you are actual journalist writing doing legit research or some shit like that.
